Did you know that Dancing Rabbit Ecovillage turns 20 this year?

It might be hard to believe, but with the help of friends and supporters like you we’ve been creating ripples of change around the world for two full decades.

We hope you'll help us kick off our 20th year on May 11 during Give STL Day 2017! Give STL Day is an online day of giving where nonprofits like ours will be uplifted by incredible friends and supporters like you as we raise funds that allow us to continue our crucial work.

Speaking of crucial work, one of our marvelous board members, Dr. Joshua Lockyer, recently published an article about degrowth in the Journal of Political Ecology, which focused on Dancing Rabbit’s success at reducing consumption in some vital areas. This peer-reviewed article synthesized the work of our Research Director over the last several years. By supporting this research effort, you’ve had direct influence on the academic community and thus, the world!

It’s more important than ever that the public have access to positive examples of real people living sustainable lifestyles together, cooperatively, joyfully. With your help we can keep the momentum going, fostering environmental awareness for a truly liveable planet through our unique sustainable living demonstration project and powerful education programs.
